WHAT’S COVERED IN A POWER HOUR?
As small business owners, we often need some support in bringing clarity, bouncing around ideas, or tackling a pesky problem where you simply need to get some help. I’ve been running my business now for 10 years, so I can bring knowledge, fun, and creativity along to a one-to-one session. My areas of expertise are:

I can answer questions about Squarespace, Shopify, Flodesk, Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, or Eventbrite. I’ve used them for years, and I’m an authorised Squarespace trainer - so you can bring a question or issue that’s bothering you, and I can show you the ropes.

I can help sort your websites layout, CSS, provide suggestions on your content, or help you with creating new pages. If you have a longer wish-list of website fixes, I also offer Design Days which may be a better option for you.

I'll send you a brief prep checklist when you book, but generally you'll want to have your login details ready, any content or images gathered, and a clear idea of what you'd like to achieve. The more prepared you are, the more we can accomplish together.

Absolutely! I specialise in explaining technical concepts in plain English. Whether you're a complete beginner or just need help with specific features, I'll meet you where you are and make sure you feel confident with what we're working on.

That's totally fine - most clients find that even if we don't tick everything off the list, they finish the session with clear next steps and the confidence to continue on their own. If you need more support, you can always book another session or we can discuss other options.

Because Power Hours are fast-paced, focused sessions, follow-up notes are minimal. I'll send you any important links or resources we discussed, but the session is designed to be hands-on and practical.

We can structure the hour however works best for you. If you want to learn and work alongside me, we can do it collaboratively through Google Meet with screen sharing. If you prefer to hand over the reins and let me get on with the tasks while you focus on other things, that works too - just send me a brief beforehand and I'll update you on progress. I'll share my WhatsApp with you so we can stay in touch throughout the session either way.

If you want the power hour to be a chat, I host these online through Google Meet during UK working hours.
If you want a power hour of my time on a specific issue, send me a brief via email, or we can have a quick chat at any point during that power hour via Google Meet.
I will also share my WhatsApp with you so that we can ask each other any questions that we need during the power hour.

Your Power Hour is valid for 6 months from purchase, which gives you plenty of flexibility to book when the timing's right for you. Life gets busy, and I'd rather you use your session when you can give it proper attention than feel rushed into it. If you're approaching the 6-month mark and need a bit more time, just drop me a message and we can sort something out.

Absolutely! Bulk bookings come with an extended expiry of a full year from purchase, giving you plenty of flexibility to spread your sessions out when you need them most.

Of course - life happens! Just give me as much notice as possible and we'll find another time that works for both of us.

No problem at all! Sometimes the best Power Hours start with "I know something's not right, but I'm not sure what." We can spend the first few minutes identifying your biggest priorities and then focus our time where it'll make the most impact.

I'm based in Wales, so I work in UK time (GMT/BST). Power Hours are available during UK working hours, Monday to Friday. When you book, you'll see all the available slots in your local timezone.

While I'm a Squarespace specialist, I've worked with various platforms over the years. For general website strategy, content planning, or design advice, the platform doesn't matter as much. If you need specific technical help with another platform, I'll let you know upfront if it's outside my expertise.
