HOW IT WORKS

Get a full day of my attention on your website. I help with improving its design, structure, content or user experience. 

If it’s a site that you’ve built yourself, and you just don’t think it’s quite hitting the mark yet - I take a day to check it against my self-created comprehensive checklist to make sure it doesn’t just look great, but actually delivers results too. 

➊ Start a project: Kick things off by getting touch via email or fill in the contact form.

➋ Wishlist: Send me a list of everything you’re hoping to achieve from the day - don’t worry if you are unsure! I can help prioritise. 

➌ Kick-off: On the day, we have a kick-off call to agree on the tidy-up priorities. If you don’t know what needs tackling first, don’t panic - I have lots of advice on how to get started. 

➍ Tidy-Up Time: I work through your website and our agreed actions throughout the day.

➎ Keep In-Touch: Please stay contactable so I can get in touch quickly with any questions through my business WhatsApp or email.

➏ Video Support: We finish the day with a helpful guidance video, where I review our list of priorities and how I’ve actioned each item. I’ll also include handy tutorial videos where extra guidance might be needed.

☎️ A morning online kick-off call to discuss your wish-list, and the achievable priorities. 

📱 Access to my business WhatsApp, so that you can ask questions or chat to me throughout the day. 

🗨 A summary walkthrough video, reviewing our list of priorities and how I’ve actioned each item. I’ll also include handy tutorial videos where extra guidance might be needed.  

💰 A discount on any future power hour sessions.  

What can I help with?

Here’s a handy list of everything that I can help with. 

You can treat it like a shopping list for your wish-list if you like. We can’t do everything in a day, but I can help you choose the key areas to focus on if you’re unsure. 

  • I can help tidy-up the design of your website. Is it consistent? Do you have design rules? Is it user friendly, too busy, or engaging enough?

    Do you have a brand but you aren’t sure how to apply it to your website? Or, do you question how to make it stand out or pop?

Who is the Tidy-Up service for?

The Squarespace Tidy-Up Day is for anyone with a website that:

  • Is already live, or almost at the point of being published but you want that glance over it.

  • Is done by you, but you want some professional reassurance that it’s doing the job it should be.

  • Is currently in progress - but you’re getting stuck and need some help.

  • Doesn’t have a clear strategy or goals, so it’s a bit of an attic space - with content thrown in there with no idea where it should really live.

  • Doesn’t have design consistency - or a brand at all!

  • You simply aren’t proud of it, and you want it to have a glam-up before you show it to the world.

FAQs

  • Our morning kick-off call will be held over Google Meet. For the rest of the day, I’ll be contactable via email or my business WhatsApp.

  • Get the most out of the day by ensuring you are available to be contacted throughout the day (UK-time) if I have any questions.

  • Squarespace Tidy-Up Days are limited to 4 sessions per month.

  • For cancellations, please give at least 48 hours’ notice before the booked date.

  • Any future work will be charged at my hourly / day rate.

    Power hours are discounted for tidy-up clients that book within 3 months of the day.
